How much does Shipping and Handling Cost?

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping time is 1-4 business days from the time you pay for your order. Bangkok and some other nearby areas are often overnight if you order before 2pm. We will usually ship your order the same day, once payment is received. We Ship at 2pm Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays) and send tracking information usually by 6:00pm. Orders placed before 2pm (thai time) Mon-Sat, will be shipped the same day Orders placed after 2pm (thai time) Mon-Sat, will be shipped the following day

Where can you ship?

We can ship to any address in Thailand including hotels by traceable EMS post or Kerry Express.

Do you ship outside of Thailand?

Yes, we do currently ship to other countries. If you would like product shipped to another country, then please contact us directly. Shipping costs vary widely depending on destination, volume and speed. Therefore we prefer to understand your requirements in order to provide you with an accurate quote (and the most cost effective options).

I am having issues checking out with PayPal, what can I do to complete my Payment?

There are various reasons why your PayPal transaction may fail. The main reason is most likely because your account is from a country other than Thailand and you have not added your Thai shipping address to your PayPal profile. The easiest thing to do is to checkout using the payment option “offline payment” and then manually send your payment to us. Refer to our PAYMENT SECTION for more details

Where is my order?

Please refer to the tracking number we sent you for information about your package. You can track your shipment online by clicking here If you shipped to a condo, office building or an estate and the tracking indicates delivered, you will most likely find your parcel was left with the staff or security office. “Carded” on the tracking information means the post office attempted to deliver the package and you can retrieve your parcel from the post office indicated on the tracking page. If you are still unable to locate your package, then please contact us, our friendly staff will be happy to help.

Can I Order by Phone, email, line and Facebook?

Credit Card and Paypal Payment Options?

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option. Please read carefully below. Important info for PayPal: If you are a PayPal account holder in a country other than Thailand you may encounter issues when checking out. DO NOT use “Paypal Express Checkout”. Instead, use the regular checkout button and be sure to enter the billing address associated with your PayPal Account and your shipping address in Thailand. If all else Fails, Checkout using “PayPal Isn’t Working!” as your payment option and then manually go to PayPal and send money to sales@le-felix.com. We will update your payment status manually in this case. If you do not have a PayPal account but wish to pay with your credit card: Check out using PayPal, you will be able to pay without having a PayPal account. Your billing address you enter MUST MATCH the billing address associated with your credit card. You will be given the option to create a paypal account. You can accept or decline. Your shipping address entered must be your shipping address in Thailand.

Pay by Bank Transfer (Offline Payment)?

You can pay for your order at ANY THAI BANK by selecting OFFLINE PAYMENT as your payment method upon checkout. Our complete bank details can be found HERE, and will also be contained in your email order receipt You can pay with the following methods: 1. ATM - At any ATM if you have a Thai bank account with ATM card. 2. ONLINE BANKING for Thai accounts. Select 3rd Party transfer and follow the details in your email receipt. 3. CASH - take cash and our banking details to any Thai bank to complete your purchase. 4. FOREIGN BANK acct - If for whatever reason you want to pay from a Foreign bank account, you must send funds in Thai Baht and select all fees to be paid by the sender. Not recommended. BANK TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS 1. Select OFFLINE PAYMENT during the checkout process. 2. Record your ORDER NUMBER issued at the end of the checkout process. Note: This order number will also be automatically emailed to you as confirmation of the sale. 3. Please quote the Order Number in the REFERENCE FIELD during the funds transfer process with your bank. 4. Our banking details are listed below (click here) 5. Please reply to your email receipt with the date and time of your transfer to ensure fast handling of your order. Should you forget to enter, or incorrectly enter, the order number during the bank transaction....don't worry. Simply email the payment details to sales@le-felix.com and we will match the payment to your order in our system and then release the order for shipping.
